13.4 grap89 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage suffered by a Member in connection with the use of the platform, even where grap89 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
13.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit grap89's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination & Account Closure
14.1 Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting grap89 support via live chat. Pending the resolution of any outstanding bets, withdrawal requests, or KYC requirements, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
